These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the fun36 platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using the platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fun36 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the fun36 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at fun36.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or applications operated by us.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. Any wager placed or transaction conducted using your Account credentials will be treated as authorised by you, whether or not you personally initiated it.
In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify fun36 support immediately at [email protected]. fun36 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
Each player may register only one Account. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by matching personal details, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or other technical means — we reserve the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances except verified original deposits, which may be returned at our discretion.
fun36 is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") on all accounts before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification is a one-time process per Account.

For accounts with high transaction volumes, unusual activity patterns, or at our reasonable discretion, fun36 may request additional documentation including proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days), source-of-funds declarations, or source-of-wealth documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within30 calendar days may result in Account suspension.
Standard KYC verification is typically completed within 2 hours during business hours. Enhanced due diligence requests may take up to 5 business days. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending completion of KYC. No interest or compensation is payable for funds held pending verification.
fun36 supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX (Financial Process Exchange) via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, and Hong Leong Connect, as well as credit and debit cards and cryptocurrency payments (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). Supported methods may change from time to time at our discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum single transaction deposit is RM30,000. Daily and monthly deposit limits apply at the account level and may be adjusted by the Player at any time through account settings, subject to cooling-off periods for limit increases.
To submit a withdrawal request, your Account must be KYC-verified, your account must be in good standing, all applicable wagering requirements associated with any accepted bonus must be met in full, and your withdrawal amount must not exceed the applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limit for your account tier.
E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost) and DuitNow transfers are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. FPX bank transfer withdrawals follow standard banking processing windows and may take up to one business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals typically process within 15–60 minutes subject to network conditions. fun36 does not impose withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment processor fees may apply.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in the same name as the fun36 Account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in the relevant transaction being reversed and the Account reviewed for compliance.
fun36 offers various promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referal bonuses, cashback programmes, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this Clause 7, together with any specific terms accompanying the individual promotion.
Unless otherwise specified in the promotion's specific terms, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live dealer table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Full contribution rates are published on the individual promotion page.
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified validity period (as stated on the promotion page, typically 30 days from credit date) will expire and be removed from the Account without notice. Expired bonuses are not reinstated.
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim sign-up bonuses more than once, exploiting technical errors to generate unearned bonus credits, coordinating with other players to manufacture qualifying wagers, and placing low-risk hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.
Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, the maximum amount withdrawable from winings generated using Bonus Funds is 10x the bonus amount received, unless the Player's account tier provides for different limits under the VIP Programme.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property.
You are permitted to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fun36, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
fun36's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you during the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
fun36 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to registered Account holders via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification, less than 14 calendar days prior to the change taking effect, except where changes are required as a matter of urgency (for example, to comply with a change in licensing requirements or applicable law), in which case changes may take effect immediately.
The current version of these Terms, marked with the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page, supersedes all prior versions. By continuing to use the Platform after any amendment takes effect, you confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. This choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
In the event of a dispute regarding operation of your Account, the outcome of a wager, or any other matter governed by these Terms, you should first contact fun36 support at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute in writing. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
If you remain dissatisfied following our internal resolution process, you may refer your complaint to the applicable dispute resolution body under the Operator's licensing authority. Details of the relevant body will be provided upon request.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, e-wallet provider, or card issuer without first exhausting our internal complaints procedure constitutes a breach of these Terms. fun36 reserves the right to close Accounts involved in unjustified chargebacks and to recover associated costs and losses through available legal means.
